Design Notes:
King's race and touring boards are designed to maximize glide and stability. The boards have canoe style bows with a gentle vee bottom running from nose through the tail. When paddled, you'll find there is almost no wake coming off the nose or the tail. This is indicative of a design that gently displaces the water. The displaced water then reforms behind the paddler to literally push the board through the water.

These boards are super comfortable for touring yet more than capable of winning races. The entire King's race and touring line is constructed using EPS foam cores and vacuum bagged carbon fiber epoxy materials. The boards are feather light. The methods and materials make them some of the lightest race touring boards found anywhere.
