Stuart Crosby

COO - Stuart brings over 20 years of product development and manufacturing sourcing experience to the team. He combines excellent communication skills and insight to grow responsive and focused organizations. Over the past two years Stuart led the Global Partnership and Alliance Management team at Qualcomm Inc. This team was responsible for setting up development centers in India and China, as well as managing solution integration partnerships with Tata, Wipro, WDS Global and Global Logic. Prior to this he served as the lead program manager for Qualcomm's satellite communication engineering team and oversaw all international manufacturing/outsourcing. He was responsible for setting up manufacturing facilities and relationships in the US, Mexico, Brazil, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. During his tenure at Qualcomm he was dedicated to working with business partners to accelerate Qualcomm's leading edge technology development and new product commercial product releases. He also brings extensive experience and domain knowledge in the area of manufacturing operations, quality theory and practical implementation.

Stuart holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Technical Studies from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, CA, and a Bachelor of Science degree in IT from Cal Poly State University. He also holds certificates for executive level studies from Stanford University and the University of San Diego. He is an active advisory board member for Cal Poly's School of Business and maintains memberships in several professional associations; he is also the holder of many design patents.
